Grilled Chicken Bites Garlic (Print Version)

Juicy chicken bites off the grill with velvety garlic sauce. Awesome for chill gatherings or those nights you want dinner quick.

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
02 - 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper (if you like it spicy)
03 - 1 teaspoon paprika
04 - 0.25 teaspoon salt
05 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 450 g chicken breast, no bones or skin, cut into little cubes
07 - 15 ml olive oil

→ Creamy Garlic Sauce

08 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
09 - 0.25 teaspoon salt
10 - 120 ml mayo
11 - 60 ml sour cream
12 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
13 - 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
14 - 2 garlic cloves, finely minced

# Instructions:

01 - Pile up those grilled chicken pieces on your tray. Pour some garlic sauce over the top or keep it on the side for dipping.
02 - Grab another bowl. Mix mayo, sour cream, garlic, black pepper, a squeeze of lemon, a sprinkle of salt, and some parsley together until it looks smooth.
03 - Heat your grill or grill pan on medium. Cook your chicken bites, giving each side 2–3 minutes, until they’re cooked through and have some golden edges.
04 - Throw chicken cubes into a big bowl with garlic powder, all the spices, a splash of olive oil, and paprika. Toss to coat everything evenly.

# Notes:

01 - Bump up the heat with more cayenne or toss in a touch of red pepper flakes if you want it spicier.
02 - Serve with veggies, pasta, or rice to round it all out.
03 - Chopped chives or more fresh parsley on top make things look bright and taste fresh.
