Garlic Butter Parmesan Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salmon

01 - 4 salmon filets, skin on or off
02 - Salt and black pepper to taste
03 - 4 tablespoons salted butter, divided
04 - 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
05 - 4 cloves garlic, lightly smashed

→ Cream Sauce

06 - 1 shallot, thinly sliced
07 - Chili flakes to taste
08 - 1 cup heavy cream
09 - 1/3 cup salsa verde
10 - 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
11 - 1/2 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
12 - 3 cups fresh baby spinach

→ Garnish

13 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
14 - 1 tablespoon lemon zest
15 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
16 - 1/4 cup chopped green onions

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to broil
02 - Season salmon with salt and pepper in an oven-safe skillet. Add 1 tablespoon butter, thyme, and garlic. Broil 5-8 minutes until crispy on top
03 - Remove salmon. In same skillet, add remaining butter, shallots, and chili flakes. Cook 2 minutes. Mash garlic into paste
04 - Add cream and salsa verde, simmer until smooth. Add parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, and spinach. Cook until spinach wilts, 3-5 minutes
05 - Return salmon to sauce. Add lemon juice. Mix lemon zest, dill, and green onions and sprinkle over top
