Golden crescent dough envelops cheesy beef, brushed with garlic butter and topped with fresh parsley.

# Ingredients:

→ Beef Filling

01 - 450 grams ground beef
02 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
03 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
04 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
05 - Salt, to taste
06 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Cheese Mixture

07 - 115 grams cream cheese, softened
08 - 110 grams shredded cheddar cheese

→ Dough & Topping

09 - 1 package (225 grams) refrigerated crescent roll dough
10 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
11 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
12 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, add ground beef. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring, until beef is browned and fully cooked, approximately 5–7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
03 - In a mixing bowl, blend cooked beef with cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until evenly incorporated.
04 - Unroll crescent dough onto a clean surface and separate into triangles. Spoon ample beef and cheese filling onto wide end of each triangle.
05 - Roll each triangle from the wide edge toward the tip, enclosing the filling. Place rollups seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
06 - Combine melted butter with minced garlic in a small bowl. Brush mixture generously over each rollup.
07 - Bake rollups in preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, until golden.
08 - Remove rollups from oven and cool slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Allow rollups to cool briefly to prevent cheese filling from spilling.
