Easy Garlic Bread Ritz Bits (Print version)

Cheese Ritz Bits tossed with garlic butter, parmesan, and herbs, then baked until crisp and golden.

# Ingredients:

For the crackers

01 - 2 (8.8 oz / 249 g each) boxes cheese Ritz Bits cracker sandwiches
02 - 3/4 cup (170 g) unsalted butter, melted
03 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder
04 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
06 - 1 1/2 cups (150 g) grated parmesan cheese
07 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional

# Instructions:

01 - Heat the oven to 375°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
02 - In a small bowl, stir the melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning until evenly mixed.
03 - Place the Ritz Bits in a large mixing bowl. Pour the garlic butter over them and fold gently until coated. Add parmesan and fold again.
04 - Spread the crackers in a mostly single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes if using.
05 - Bake for 12-15 minutes, stirring gently halfway through, until the crackers are fragrant and lightly golden.
06 - Let the crackers cool on the pan for at least 10 minutes before serving. They crisp more as they cool.
