Line a large baking tray with parchment paper. Rinse the grapes thoroughly and set them aside.

In a large bowl, combine the juice of 2 limes with the grapes. Stir the grapes to ensure they are well coated, then refrigerate them for 10 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix together 1 cup of monk fruit sweetener and 2-3 teaspoons of citric acid.

Remove the grapes from the refrigerator. One by one, roll each grape in the sweetener and citric acid mixture until fully coated.
