# Ingredients:

01 - 320g feta cheese
02 - 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
03 - 250g melted butter
04 - 2 tablespoons chili flakes
05 - 375g Antoniou Fillo Dough

→ For topping

06 - Black sesame seeds
07 - Honey

# Instructions:

01 - Take the Fillo Dough out of the fridge. Leave it in its packaging until it warms to room temperature.
02 - Set your fan-forced oven to 180°C to preheat.
03 - Use melted butter to coat a pair of 12-hole muffin trays and one 6-hole tray.
04 - Slice the feta into strips that are about 1 to 1.5 cm wide.
05 - Lay out the Fillo Dough on your surface. Cut the pile in half lengthwise, so you get two stacks. Spread melted butter over the top sheet of each. Sprinkle sesame seeds and chili flakes on them. Place the feta pieces near the edge of each stack, leaving a 1.5 cm space. Roll them up tightly into long logs by folding the bottom edge over the cheese first.
06 - Cut the logs into 15 pieces each using a knife. Put each piece into a prepared hole in the muffin trays.
07 - Drip one tablespoon of melted butter onto every piece so it coats the pastry rolls.
08 - Bake for 35 minutes, until they're golden brown. Let them sit for five minutes before you carefully move them to a plate.
09 - Before serving, pour honey on top and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
