# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
03 - 60 ml soy sauce
04 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar or honey
05 - 15 ml toasted sesame oil
06 - 1 teaspoon fresh or ground ginger
07 - 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

→ For Serving and Garnish

08 - Steamed white rice
09 - Green onions, thinly sliced
10 - Sesame seeds

# Instructions:

01 - Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook, stirring frequently, until fully browned and crumbled, about 4–6 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
02 - Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 30 seconds, stirring until fragrant.
03 - Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar or honey, sesame oil, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Mix thoroughly to combine all flavours.
04 - Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and develops a glossy finish.
05 - Spoon the beef mixture over steamed white rice. Garnish generously with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal flavour, use freshly grated ginger instead of ground. Adjust red pepper flakes to your preferred heat level.
