# Ingredients:

→ Salmon Preparation

01 - 450 g salmon fillet, cut into 2.5 cm cubes
02 - 1.25 ml fine sea salt
03 - 1.25 ml freshly ground black pepper
04 - 5 ml garlic powder
05 - 2.5 ml onion powder
06 - 2.5 ml Italian seasoning
07 - 2.5 ml smoked paprika
08 - 1.25 ml chili powder
09 - 60 ml extra virgin olive oil, divided

→ Honey Garlic Glaze

10 - 80 ml low sodium soy sauce
11 - 3 large garlic cloves, minced
12 - 15 ml unsalted butter
13 - 15 ml fresh lemon juice
14 - 45 ml honey

→ Garnish

15 - Fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Combine salmon cubes with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, chili powder, and 30 ml of olive oil. Toss well to evenly coat the fish.
02 - Heat the remaining 30 ml olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned salmon cubes in a single layer. Cook for 4-5 minutes, rotating to brown all sides. Transfer the seared fish to a plate and set aside.
03 - Reduce the heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic to the same skillet. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
04 - Pour in honey and soy sauce, stirring well. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Add lemon juice and cook for an additional minute until the sauce slightly thickens.
05 - Return the salmon cubes to the pan. Toss to coat evenly in the glaze. Warm through for 1-2 minutes, ensuring the pieces are glazed and heated throughout.
06 - Transfer the glazed salmon bites to a serving platter. Sprinkle generously with chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately, optionally accompanied by creamy mashed potatoes.

# Notes:

01 - To keep the cubes intact, avoid over-stirring while searing. For even browning, use a heavy-bottomed pan and do not overcrowd.
