Easter Cadbury Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fudge Layers

01 - 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
02 - 1 cup white chocolate chips
03 - 1 (14.5 oz) can sweetened condensed milk, divided

→ Mix-ins and Toppings

04 - 1 cup crushed mini Cadbury eggs, plus extra for topping if desired

# Instructions:

01 - Crush the Cadbury mini eggs and place them in the freezer until needed. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and set aside.
02 - In a microwave safe bowl, add the semi sweet chocolate chips and half of the sweetened condensed milk. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir. Microwave for an additional 30 seconds and stir vigorously until smooth.
03 - Pour the chocolate mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan, and spread until even. Place the pan in the fridge.
04 - In a separate microwave safe bowl, add the remaining sweetened condensed milk and the white chocolate chips. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir. Microwave for an additional 30 seconds and stir vigorously until smooth.
05 - Quickly fold in the frozen mini Cadbury eggs into the white chocolate mixture.
06 - Pour the white chocolate fudge mixture on top of the semisweet chocolate fudge in the pan, spread smooth. Top with a few extra pieces of crushed Cadbury eggs, if desired.
07 - Let the fudge set up in the fridge for 1 hour prior to cutting. Enjoy!
