Dill Pickle Bacon Grilled Cheese (Print Version)

01 - 2 slices bacon
02 - 2 slices bread
03 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
04 - 4 slices dill pickles
05 - 2 slices Swiss cheese
06 - 2 slices cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Cook bacon in a skillet or oven until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess fat.
02 - Spread unsalted butter evenly over one side of each bread slice.
03 - Arrange one slice of bread, buttered side down, in a preheated skillet. Layer with cheddar cheese, cooked bacon, dill pickle slices, and Swiss cheese. Place the remaining bread slice on top, buttered side facing out.
04 - Grill the sandwich over medium-low heat, pressing gently, for 3–4 minutes per side, or until the bread is golden and the cheese is thoroughly melted.

01 - For optimal crispiness and flavor, cook bacon just before assembling the sandwich. Use room-temperature butter for easier spreading.
