# Ingredients:

→ Salad Base

01 - 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
02 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced

→ Fresh Herbs

03 - 60 ml fresh dill, finely chopped
04 - 60 ml fresh parsley, finely chopped

→ Cheese

05 - 150 g feta cheese, crumbled

→ Dressing

06 - 60 ml extra virgin olive oil
07 - 30 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, gently toss together the sliced cucumbers, red onion, dill, and parsley until evenly distributed.
02 - Add the crumbled feta cheese and carefully fold it into the mixed vegetables and herbs to maintain the integrity of the cheese.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk the extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until fully emulsified.
04 - Drizzle the prepared dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all components uniformly. Allow the salad to rest for 10–15 minutes to enhance flavor melding prior to serving.
