Easy Slow Cooker Creamed Corn (Print Version)

01 - 1 bag (16 oz) frozen yellow corn
02 - 1 bag (16 oz) frozen white corn
03 - 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, cubed
04 - 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
05 - 1 tablespoon sugar
06 - 1/2 cup milk or half & half
07 - 1/2 cup water
08 - 2 teaspoons salt
09 - 1 teaspoon pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Add both types of corn to the crock pot. Pour in milk, water, salt and pepper, then stir to combine.
02 - Place cubed butter and cream cheese on top of the corn mixture.
03 - Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours. When done, stir well to combine all ingredients thoroughly. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
