Crispy Flatbread Brie Cranberries (Print Version)

Flatbread layered with brie, cranberries, toasted almonds, and honey for a crisp, savory-sweet bite.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 flatbreads or naan

→ Cheese

02 - 115 grams brie cheese, sliced

→ Toppings

03 - 30 grams dried cranberries
04 - 30 grams sliced almonds, toasted
05 - 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (optional)

→ Finishing

06 - 15 milliliters olive oil
07 - 15 milliliters honey
08 - Pinch of sea salt
09 - Pinch of cracked black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 200°C. Arrange the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
02 - Lightly brush each flatbread with olive oil to coat the surface evenly.
03 - Distribute the sliced brie evenly over the flatbreads. Sprinkle dried cranberries, toasted sliced almonds, and fresh thyme leaves if using.
04 - Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the flatbread edges are golden and crisp.
05 - Remove from the oven. Drizzle with honey and season lightly with sea salt and cracked black pepper. Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.

01 - Flatbreads can be baked directly on a hot pizza stone for extra crispness.
