Grab a small saucepan, put it on medium heat, and let the butter melt completely.

Toss in your finely chopped garlic into the melted butter. Let it cook for around 30 seconds until you can smell it but before it turns brown.

Scatter the flour, pepper, salt, and oregano into the pan. Keep whisking until you get a nice smooth paste (that's your roux). Cook it for a minute or two to get rid of that raw flour flavor.

Slowly add milk while continuously whisking. Keep stirring until your sauce thickens up and looks smooth.

Take the pan off the heat and mix in all your Parmesan until it's fully melted and your sauce looks nice and creamy.

Spread it right away on pizza or let it cool down and pop it in the fridge in a sealed container.
