Salmon Pasta Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb salmon.
02 - 8 oz penne pasta, uncooked.
03 - 3 tbsp butter.
04 - 1 medium onion, diced.
05 - 8 oz heavy cream.
06 - 3/4 cup Parmigiano Reggiano, grated.
07 - 1/4 cup parsley, chopped.
08 - 1/2 tsp sea salt.
09 - 1/4 tsp black pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Begin cooking pasta according to package directions until al dente.
02 - While pasta cooks, melt butter in large pan and sauté diced onion 4-5 minutes until softened.
03 - Add salmon to pan and cook 5-7 minutes, breaking into flakes as it cooks.
04 - Pour in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper, then turn off heat.
05 - Add cooked pasta to the salmon mixture and stir to combine.
06 - Mix in grated Parmigiano Reggiano and chopped parsley until well incorporated.
07 - Garnish with additional cheese and parsley before serving hot.
