01 -
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 -
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
03 -
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Add minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, cooking until fragrant. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
04 -
In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and the egg. Mix until well combined.
05 -
Carefully fill each cooked pasta shell with the beef and cheese mixture, placing them in a baking dish.
06 -
In a saucepan, combine the marinara sauce and heavy cream, stirring over medium heat until heated through. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
07 -
Pour the creamy sauce over the stuffed shells, making sure each shell is covered. Top with additional mozzarella cheese.
08 -
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
09 -
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
