Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste.

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.

Pour in 1 cup of chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Let it simmer for a few minutes.

Stir in 1 cup of heavy cream and ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese. Add 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, and stir the sauce until it thickens slightly.

Return the seared chicken breasts to the skillet, coating them in the sauce. Let them simmer in the sauce for another 2-3 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve the creamy garlic chicken hot with your favorite side dishes.
