Combine garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, white pepper, and salt in a small bowl.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a 30 cm stainless steel skillet over medium heat. Add chicken strips, season with half the spice blend, and sear for about 3 minutes until golden.

Flip chicken strips, sprinkle over the remaining spice blend, and continue cooking for 2–3 minutes until browned and cooked through.

Add remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and the heavy cream to the skillet. Use a spatula to scrape any browned bits from the base, then bring sauce to a gentle boil.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 7–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce has thickened slightly.

Plate the cooked pasta and top with chicken and sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
