Creamy Carbonara Pasta Dish (Print Version)

01 - 1 kilogram pasta
02 - 1 piece Knorr beef cube
03 - 200 grams ham, cut into small pieces
04 - 750 milliliters all-purpose cream (3 packs of 250ml each)
05 - 1 can evaporated milk (approx. 354ml)
06 - 6 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
07 - 1 piece white onion, chopped
08 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
09 - 1 teaspoon salt
10 - 1 teaspoon pepper
11 - 2 liters water

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the ham in a pan and set aside.
02 - Boil 1 liter of water and add salt. Cook the pasta for 12 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
03 - Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until the onion softens.
04 - Add the all-purpose cream and evaporated milk to the pan with the onion and garlic. Stir well and add 60 milliliters (1/4 cup) water.
05 - Add the Knorr beef cube to the pan and stir until well blended.
06 - Mix in the cooked ham. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and stir.
07 - Add the cooked pasta to the sauce. Toss until the pasta is fully coated.
08 - Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the pasta. Toss again and serve with additional ham on top if desired.
09 - Serve the creamy carbonara immediately and enjoy.
