Cook the ham in a pan and set aside.

Boil 1 liter of water and add salt. Cook the pasta for 12 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until the onion softens.

Add the all-purpose cream and evaporated milk to the pan with the onion and garlic. Stir well and add 60 milliliters (1/4 cup) water.

Add the Knorr beef cube to the pan and stir until well blended.

Mix in the cooked ham. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and stir.

Add the cooked pasta to the sauce. Toss until the pasta is fully coated.

Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the pasta. Toss again and serve with additional ham on top if desired.

Serve the creamy carbonara immediately and enjoy.
