Creamsicle Slushy Orange Yogurt (Print Version)

Bright orange juice, yogurt, and honey blended for a smooth, creamy slushy treat. Add vodka for a boozy twist.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 400 ml orange juice, divided

→ Dairy

02 - 340 g vanilla bean yogurt (plain or Greek)

→ Sweetener

03 - 15 ml honey

# Instructions:

01 - Pour 330 ml of orange juice into an ice cube tray and place in the freezer until frozen solid, approximately 3 hours.
02 - Transfer frozen orange juice cubes to a blender. Add the remaining 70 ml orange juice, vanilla bean yogurt, and honey.
03 - Blend the mixture on high speed until creamy and smooth, ensuring all ice cubes are fully crushed.
04 - Pour the slushy into chilled glasses. Serve at once for optimal texture.
05 - For an adult slushy, add a splash of vodka or rum before blending.

01 - For best consistency, serve immediately after blending. Adjust honey to taste for desired sweetness.
