# Ingredients:

01 - 4 lobster tails, split lengthwise

→ Cowboy Butter Sauce

02 - ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - Lemon juice to taste
05 - Worcestershire sauce to taste
06 - Dijon mustard to taste
07 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
08 - ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
09 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
10 - 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
11 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Get your grill nice and hot over medium-high heat.
02 - Mix all your sauce ingredients in a bowl: melted butter, lemon juice, Dijon, Worcestershire, garlic, paprika, pepper flakes, herbs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
03 - Brush your split lobster tails generously with the sauce, making sure to save some for later.
