Low Carb Cottage Cheese Flatbread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - ½ cup full fat cottage cheese
02 - 2 eggs
03 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
04 - ½ teaspoon onion powder (optional)

→ Garnish

05 - Dried oregano for sprinkling

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F/177°C. Line quarter sheet pan with parchment paper and spray lightly with cooking spray.
02 - Blend cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder and onion powder until smooth.
03 - Pour mixture into prepared pan, spread evenly. Sprinkle with oregano and bake 30-40 minutes until browned.
04 - Let rest 5 minutes before using as wrap or pizza base.

# Notes:

01 - Drain cottage cheese well if watery
02 - Check at 30 minutes as ovens vary
03 - Can be used as wrap or pizza base
