# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 slices rustic whole wheat bread

→ Dairy

02 - 120 grams cottage cheese

→ Fruit

03 - 1 fresh fig, sliced

→ Toppings

04 - 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
05 - 1 teaspoon honey
06 - Fresh herbs, to garnish (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Lightly toast whole wheat bread slices until golden and crisp.
02 - Spread cottage cheese evenly over each slice of toasted bread.
03 - Arrange sliced figs over the cottage cheese and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
04 - Drizzle honey over the toast and sprinkle with fresh herbs to taste before serving.
