Chocolate Easter Nests (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 200g milk chocolate, finely chopped
02 - 200g dark chocolate, finely chopped
03 - 100g unsalted butter
04 - 100g golden syrup
05 - 6-8 full-size Shredded Wheat

→ Topping

06 - 100-200g Easter chocolates

# Instructions:

01 - Crush Shredded Wheat into a large bowl and set aside.
02 - Gently heat butter and golden syrup in pan, stirring occasionally until butter melts. Remove from heat and stir in chopped chocolates until melted.
03 - Pour chocolate mixture over crushed Shredded Wheat and mix until combined.
04 - Using spoons or cookie/ice cream scoop, form mixture into nests on lined tray. Top each with three Easter chocolates.
05 - Refrigerate until solid.

# Notes:

01 - Can use all dark (350g) or all milk chocolate (500g)
02 - Can substitute Shredded Wheat with other cereals (80-100g)
03 - Lasts 1+ weeks
04 - White chocolate not recommended with butter and syrup
