Chocolate Easter Nests (Print Version)
# Ingredients:
→ Base

200g milk chocolate, finely chopped

200g dark chocolate, finely chopped
03 -
100g unsalted butter
04 -
100g golden syrup
05 -
6-8 full-size Shredded Wheat
→ Topping

100-200g Easter chocolates
# Instructions:

Crush Shredded Wheat into a large bowl and set aside.

Gently heat butter and golden syrup in pan, stirring occasionally until butter melts. Remove from heat and stir in chopped chocolates until melted.

Pour chocolate mixture over crushed Shredded Wheat and mix until combined.

Using spoons or cookie/ice cream scoop, form mixture into nests on lined tray. Top each with three Easter chocolates.

Refrigerate until solid.
# Notes:
01 -
Can use all dark (350g) or all milk chocolate (500g)
02 -
Can substitute Shredded Wheat with other cereals (80-100g)

Lasts 1+ weeks

White chocolate not recommended with butter and syrup
