Chipotle Ranch Chicken Burrito (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Burrito Wrapping

01 - 8 large 10-inch flour tortillas

→ Filling

02 - 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, chopped (approximately 4 cups)
03 - 1 1/4 cups diced tomatoes (approx. 3/4 of a beefsteak tomato)
04 - 16 oz grilled chicken breast strips
05 - 16 oz shredded cheddar cheese (or Mexican blend/Colby Jack)
06 - 3 oz crunchy tortilla strips or crushed tortilla chips

→ Sauces

07 - 1/2 cup ranch dressing
08 - 1/2 cup Taco Bell Creamy Chipotle Sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Grate the cheese, chop the lettuce, and dice the tomatoes. Lay out all prepped ingredients.
02 - Top a large flour tortilla with 1/2 cup shredded cheese, 1/2 cup grilled chicken strips, 1 tablespoon chipotle sauce, 1 tablespoon ranch dressing, 1/2 cup chopped lettuce, 2 tablespoons diced tomatoes, and 1/3 cup crunchy tortilla strips.
03 - Tuck in the sides and roll up into a tight burrito.
04 - Grill the burrito in a preheated skillet over medium heat until all sides are golden and crispy.
