Brush baguette slices with olive oil and bake at 375°F for 7-8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown. Crostini should be crispy outside but tender inside.

Spread halved cherries on parchment-lined baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chopped rosemary. Roast 5-7 minutes alongside bread. Remove and discard rosemary sprigs.

In a food processor, blend goat cheese, cream cheese, 1 teaspoon honey, 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest until smooth.

Spread each crostini with whipped goat cheese mixture, top with 2-3 roasted cherry halves. Drizzle with remaining honey and balsamic glaze, then sprinkle with sea salt and fresh rosemary.
