Air Fryer Cheesy Tortilla Garlic Bread (Print Version)

Crispy tortillas packed with cheese, garlic, and Italian seasoning for an irresistible snack.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 large flour tortillas (20–25 cm diameter)

→ Spread

02 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

→ Cheese

03 - 120 grams shredded mozzarella cheese

→ Seasoning

04 - Garlic powder, to taste
05 - Italian seasoning, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Using a butter knife, evenly coat each flour tortilla with softened butter, ensuring coverage extends to the edges.
02 - Generously scatter shredded mozzarella cheese over both buttered tortillas, followed by a sprinkle of garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
03 - Place one cheese-topped tortilla on top of the other, aligning the edges to form a stack.
04 - Transfer the stacked tortillas into a preheated air fryer set to 190°C, and cook for approximately 5 minutes or until the cheese is deeply golden and the edges are crisp.
05 - Remove from the air fryer, allow to cool briefly, then slice into segments with a pizza cutter and serve.

01 - Monitor closely as the cheese can brown quickly in the air fryer; adjust cooking time if your air fryer runs hot.
