Crispy Cheesy Tortilla Garlic Bread with Air Fryer (Print version)

A fast air fryer tortilla garlic bread with crisp edges, melted mozzarella, Parmesan, and fresh garlic butter.

# Ingredients:

For the garlic butter

01 - 4 tablespoons (56 g) unsalted butter, melted
02 - 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
03 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, plus more for serving
04 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
05 - 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
06 - Pinch of red pepper flakes, optional

For the tortillas

07 - 4 medium flour tortillas, 8-inch size
08 - 1 cup (110 g) shredded low-moisture mozzarella
09 - 1/3 cup (30 g) grated Parmesan cheese
10 - Warm marinara sauce, for serving, optional

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes. A hot basket helps the tortillas crisp before the cheese leaks.
02 - Stir the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl until evenly mixed.
03 - Lay the tortillas on a board. Brush both sides lightly with garlic butter, making sure to reach the edges without soaking the tortillas.
04 - Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over half of each tortilla. Fold each tortilla over the cheese and press gently so it holds together.
05 - Place the folded tortillas in a single layer in the basket. Air fry for 4-6 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the edges are golden and the cheese is melted. Work in batches if needed.
06 - Let the tortilla garlic bread rest for 1 minute on a cutting board. Slice into wedges, sprinkle with more parsley, and serve with warm marinara if using.

# Good to know:

01 - Best eaten hot, while the edges are crisp and the cheese is soft.
02 - Cook in batches if your air fryer basket is small.
03 - Garlic butter can be mixed ahead and refrigerated.
