Sauté 1 lb sliced smoked sausage, 2 sliced bell peppers, and 1 diced onion in a hot pan.

To crockpot add meat mixture, 1 bag of frozen shredded hash browns, 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream, 1 can cheddar cheese soup, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1 packet ranch seasoning, and 1 cup shredded cheese. Stir well.

Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours.
