Heat a large skillet over medium-high and brown the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks.

Add chopped onion and green bell pepper. Sauté until softened, stirring frequently.

Drain excess fat from the pan. Stir in steak seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and oregano to evenly coat the mixture.

Add beef broth, A1 steak sauce, tomato sauce, milk, and uncooked spiral pasta to the skillet. Stir thoroughly to combine.

Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Cover with a lid and reduce heat to low.

Allow to cook, covered, for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender.

Stir in 100 g of shredded mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle remaining cheese evenly on top and cover until melted.
