01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 1 medium onion, chopped
03 - 1 green bell pepper, chopped
04 - 1 teaspoon steak seasoning
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1 teaspoon paprika
08 - 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
09 - 30 ml A1 steak sauce
10 - 360 ml beef broth
11 - 360 ml whole milk
12 - 225 g canned tomato sauce
13 - 250 g spiral pasta, uncooked
14 - 200 g shredded mozzarella cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high and brown the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks.
02 - Add chopped onion and green bell pepper. Sauté until softened, stirring frequently.
03 - Drain excess fat from the pan. Stir in steak seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and oregano to evenly coat the mixture.
04 - Add beef broth, A1 steak sauce, tomato sauce, milk, and uncooked spiral pasta to the skillet. Stir thoroughly to combine.
05 - Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Cover with a lid and reduce heat to low.
06 - Allow to cook, covered, for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender.
07 - Stir in 100 g of shredded mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle remaining cheese evenly on top and cover until melted.
08 - Remove from heat. Distribute into bowls and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For a creamier texture, use whole milk and ensure the pasta is covered with liquid during simmering.
