                Preheat oven to 425ºF. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

                In a large bowl, combine pulled pork, barbecue sauce, chili powder, garlic powder, and Ranch beans. Season with kosher salt and black pepper to taste.

                Pour the pulled pork mixture in the bottom of a 9×13-inch casserole dish. Sprinkle 1½ cups of shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the casserole.

                In a medium bowl, prepare cheddar bay biscuit dough according to the package directions. Stir together biscuit mix, water, and ½ cup cheddar cheese. Save the seasoning packet for later.

                Using a small cookie scoop, scoop the biscuit batter over the top of the cheese. Using an offset spatula, spread biscuit dough over the pulled pork mixture.
              
              
              
                06 - 
                Bake for 15 minutes or until bubbly and the biscuits are golden brown.
              
              
              
                07 - 
                Combine melted butter and seasoning packet. Brush the biscuits with garlic butter and garnish with parsley.
