Caribbean Green Seasoning (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Cilantro, leaves and stems (1 bunch/3 oz).
02 - Italian parsley (1/2 bunch/2 oz).
03 - Pimento seeds, crushed (8).
04 - Scotch bonnet pepper, seeded (1).
05 - Celery stalk with leaves (1).
06 - Fresh thyme leaves (1 bunch).
07 - Red bell pepper, chopped (1/2).
08 - Fresh lime juice (3/4 cup).
09 - Fresh ginger, peeled (1 inch).
10 - Garlic cloves, peeled (8).
11 - Green onions, chopped (6).
12 - Salt (1 teaspoon).

# Instructions:

01 - Remove stems from herbs, chop vegetables roughly.
02 - Add all ingredients to food processor and pulse to desired consistency.
03 - Keep in fridge up to a week or freeze for 3 months.

# Notes:

01 - Use 1 tablespoon per pound of meat.
02 - Add oil when using as marinade.
03 - Can be smooth or chunky.
