Caramel Banana Pudding Cups (Print Version)

Layered dessert featuring bananas, caramel, pudding, and wafers; creamy and sweet in every bite.

# Ingredients:

→ Pudding Base

01 - 480 ml cold milk
02 - 1 box (96 g) vanilla instant pudding mix

→ Whipped Cream

03 - 240 ml heavy whipping cream
04 - 16 g powdered sugar
05 - 2.5 ml vanilla extract

→ Layers

06 - 2 to 3 ripe bananas, sliced
07 - 1 package (approx. 200 g) vanilla wafers
08 - 120 ml caramel sauce
09 - Crushed vanilla wafers for topping

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, whisk together the cold milk and vanilla instant pudding mix for 2 minutes until smooth and thickened. Cover and refrigerate for 5 minutes to set.
02 - In a large bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Avoid overbeating.
03 - Gently fold the prepared pudding into the whipped cream until evenly combined for an airy texture.
04 - Slice the bananas into 6 mm thick rounds just before assembling to prevent browning.
05 - Place 2 to 3 vanilla wafers in the bottom of each serving cup or glass. Drizzle a small amount of caramel sauce over the wafers.
06 - Arrange a layer of banana slices over the wafers, overlapping slightly for coverage.
07 - Spoon a generous layer of the pudding and whipped cream mixture over the bananas, filling about one third of the cup.
08 - Continue layering with more wafers, caramel sauce, bananas, and pudding mixture until reaching the top of each cup, finishing with a pudding layer.
09 - Sprinkle crushed vanilla wafers on top and drizzle with additional caramel sauce for an attractive finish.
10 - Refrigerate the assembled cups for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld and wafers to soften slightly before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Slicing bananas just before use preserves their color and freshness.
02 - For optimal texture, chill dessert for the full recommended time so layers set properly.
