Bubblegum Breeze Drink (Print version)

A fizzy pink bubblegum mocktail with pineapple juice, lemon-lime soda, and fruit garnish, ready in about 5 minutes.

# Ingredients:

For the pitcher

01 - 2 cups (480 ml) chilled pineapple juice
02 - 1 cup (240 ml) chilled lemon-lime soda
03 - 2 cups (480 ml) chilled club soda
04 - 1/2 cup (120 ml) bubblegum syrup, or 1/3 cup for less sweetness

For serving

05 - 2 cups ice cubes, plus more as needed
06 - 4 fresh strawberries, halved or sliced
07 - 4 small pineapple wedges
08 - 4 maraschino cherries, optional
09 - Lemon or lime wedges, optional for a sharper finish

# Instructions:

01 - Refrigerate the pineapple juice, lemon-lime soda, club soda, and bubblegum syrup until cold. Cold liquids keep the drink fizzy and reduce dilution.
02 - Pour the pineapple juice and bubblegum syrup into a large pitcher. Stir until the syrup is fully blended into the juice.
03 - Slowly pour in the lemon-lime soda and club soda along the side of the pitcher to preserve as much carbonation as possible.
04 - Fold the drink with a long spoon 3 or 4 times. Taste and add a little more bubblegum syrup or a squeeze of lemon if needed.
05 - Fill 4 glasses with ice. Pour the drink over the ice and garnish each glass with strawberry, pineapple, and a cherry if using. Serve right away.

# Good to know:

01 - Best served immediately after the sodas are added.
02 - To prep ahead, mix the pineapple juice and bubblegum syrup, then refrigerate. Add carbonated drinks just before serving.
03 - For a less sweet drink, use 1/3 cup bubblegum syrup and extra club soda.
