Blueberry Pie Bombs Dessert (Print Version)

Sweet blueberry-filled pastry rounds, golden and buttery, made in the air fryer for a quick treat.

# Ingredients:

→ Dough and Filling

01 - 1 can (8-count) Pillsbury Grand biscuits, not flaky layers
02 - 1 cup (262 g) blueberry pie filling, store-bought or homemade

→ Topping

03 - ½ cup (113 g) unsalted butter, melted
04 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Remove the biscuits from the can and peel to separate each biscuit into two layers. Pat each layer of biscuit into a 4-inch circle, resulting in 16 circles.
02 - Spoon about 1 tablespoon of blueberry pie filling into the center of each circle.
03 - Use your fingers to fold the sides together, pinching to seal, and shape into balls.
04 - Brush the tops and bottoms of the balls with melted butter and sprinkle each with sugar.
05 - Spray the basket of an air fryer with nonstick cooking spray. Place the balls into the basket in batches, about 2 inches apart. Air fry at 330°F for 7-8 minutes or until golden brown.
06 - Serve warm and enjoy.

# Notes:

01 - You can use homemade blueberry pie filling instead of store-bought for improved flavor.
