Blood Orange Margarita Cocktail (Print Version)

Tequila blanco meets blood orange and lime for a lively, colorful beverage—perfect for celebrations or relaxing evenings.

# Ingredients:

→ Cocktail Base

01 - 120 ml tequila blanco
02 - 90 ml freshly squeezed blood orange juice
03 - 60 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
04 - 60 ml Cointreau or triple sec
05 - 30 ml simple syrup or agave syrup

→ For Serving

06 - Ice cubes
07 - Tajin seasoning or salt for rimming glasses
08 - Fresh lime wedges, for garnish
09 - Fresh orange slices, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Fill a large shaker one-third full with ice cubes.
02 - Pour tequila, blood orange juice, lime juice, Cointreau, and simple syrup into the shaker.
03 - Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for 15 seconds until well chilled.
04 - Rub a lime wedge around the rims of two glasses and dip into tajin or salt to evenly coat the edges.
05 - Fill the prepared glasses with fresh ice cubes.
06 - Strain the margarita mixture evenly between the two glasses. Garnish with lime wedges and orange slices.
