Cook blackberries, water, lemon juice and sugar in saucepan 20-30 minutes until thickened. Smash berries and cool to room temperature.

Thaw puff pastry 20-25 minutes. Roll out on floured surface into rectangle. Top with half the goat cheese and jam.

Cut dough into 12 strips. Fold each in half, then twist while gently stretching. Repeat with second sheet.

Brush with egg wash, sprinkle with lemon-thyme sugar. Bake at 400°F for 16-18 minutes until golden. Cool before serving.
