Perfectly roasted sweet potatoes with maple syrup, cinnamon, paprika, and rosemary. Crispy, flavorful, and easy to make.

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
02 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 tablespoon maple syrup
04 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
05 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
06 - ½ teaspoon sea salt
07 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
08 - 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried)
09 - 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional, for drizzling)
10 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, add the cubed sweet potatoes. Drizzle the olive oil and maple syrup over the sweet potatoes.
03 - Sprinkle the cinnamon, smoked paprika, sea salt, black pepper, and rosemary on top. Toss everything together until the sweet potatoes are well-coated in the oil and spices.
04 - Transfer the seasoned sweet potatoes onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading them into a single layer, leaving some space between the cubes for even roasting.
05 - Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for about 25-30 minutes, turning the sweet potatoes halfway through to ensure they brown evenly. They should be tender on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside.
06 - If using balsamic vinegar, drizzle it over the roasted sweet potatoes during the last 5 minutes of roasting for an extra layer of flavor.
07 - Once done, remove the sweet potatoes from the oven and let them cool for a couple of minutes. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with fresh parsley for a pop of color.
