# Ingredients:

01 - 3 ripe pears, halved and cored
02 - Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish (optional)

03 - 75 grams crumbled feta cheese

→ Pantry

04 - 30 milliliters olive oil or melted butter
05 - 30 grams dried cranberries
06 - 30 milliliters honey
07 - 1 gram ground cinnamon

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
02 - Brush pear halves with olive oil or melted butter. Arrange cut-side up in the prepared baking dish and sprinkle lightly with ground cinnamon.
03 - Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until pears are tender yet retaining their shape.
04 - Remove from oven and immediately top each pear half with crumbled feta and dried cranberries.
05 - Generously drizzle with honey, garnish with fresh thyme leaves if desired, and serve warm.

01 - Select pears that are ripe but still firm for best texture after baking.
