# Ingredients:

→ Cheese and Dairy

01 - 8 mozzarella sticks, halved lengthwise (16 pieces total)
02 - 120 ml shredded cheddar cheese or American cheese

→ Meat

03 - 225 g ground beef, fully cooked and seasoned with burger spices
04 - 4 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled

→ Dough and Breads

05 - 1 can (approx. 400 g) refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough

→ Toppings and Finishers

06 - 30 ml melted butter
07 - 5 ml garlic powder
08 - Sesame seeds or chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)

→ Dipping Sauce (Optional)

09 - Ranch, marinara sauce, or preferred burger sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for nonstick baking.
02 - Remove biscuit or pizza dough from packaging and separate into individual portions. Flatten each portion into a circle using hands.
03 - Place a spoonful of seasoned ground beef, a pinch of crumbled bacon, a sprinkle of grated cheddar or American cheese, and a half mozzarella stick in the center of each dough circle.
04 - Wrap dough around the filled center, pinching edges well to seal tightly. Position each piece seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Brush each assembled bomb with melted butter using a pastry brush. Sprinkle garlic powder over the surface and top with sesame seeds or parsley, if desired.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
07 - Allow bombs to cool briefly, then serve warm with your chosen dipping sauce.

# Notes:

01 - Swap in pepper jack cheese for extra spice, or substitute ground turkey or plant-based meat for a lighter option.
02 - Diced pickles can be added to the filling for a tangy, classic burger taste.
03 - Top with everything bagel seasoning for a flavor twist. Crescent roll dough can also be used if biscuit dough is unavailable.
