Preheat oven to 190°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for nonstick baking.

Remove biscuit or pizza dough from packaging and separate into individual portions. Flatten each portion into a circle using hands.

Place a spoonful of seasoned ground beef, a pinch of crumbled bacon, a sprinkle of grated cheddar or American cheese, and a half mozzarella stick in the center of each dough circle.

Wrap dough around the filled center, pinching edges well to seal tightly. Position each piece seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush each assembled bomb with melted butter using a pastry brush. Sprinkle garlic powder over the surface and top with sesame seeds or parsley, if desired.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.

Allow bombs to cool briefly, then serve warm with your chosen dipping sauce.
