Avocado Jalapeño Creamy Dip (Print Version)

Rich avocado and jalapeño blend with cheeses, lime, and cilantro for a creamy, zesty party dip.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
02 - 1 large jalapeño, roughly chopped
03 - Juice of 3 limes
04 - 450 grams cream cheese, softened
05 - 240 milliliters sour cream or Mexican crema
06 - 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon or salt to taste
07 - 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
08 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - 1 bunch fresh cilantro

10 - Tortilla chips

# Instructions:

01 - Peel and pit the avocados. Roughly chop the jalapeño, leaving seeds in for additional heat if desired. Juice the limes and set aside.
02 - Place the cream cheese, avocados, jalapeño, sour cream or Mexican crema, lime juice, chicken bouillon or salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and fresh cilantro in a blender or food processor.
03 - Blend the mixture for 15 to 30 seconds, or until it achieves a creamy, smooth consistency. Scrape down the bowl as necessary to ensure thorough incorporation.
04 - Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Serve at once with tortilla chips or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.

01 - For a spicier profile, retain the seeds in the jalapeño or add an additional pepper.
