Quick Asian Cabbage Stir Fry (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - ½ green cabbage (about 1 pound)
02 - 3 medium eggs, beaten
03 - 1 medium carrot, cut into matchsticks
04 - 2 tablespoons onion, diced small
05 - 2 garlic cloves, minced

→ Sauce

06 - 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
07 - 2 teaspoons dark soy sauce
08 - 2 teaspoons oyster sauce
09 - 2 teaspoons white sugar

→ Oil & Seasoning

10 - 4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
11 - Salt to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Cook beaten eggs until scrambled. Transfer to plate.
02 - Add another tablespoon olive oil to skillet. Sauté onion and garlic for 1 minute.
03 - Add 2 tablespoons olive oil, cabbage, and carrot. Mix well, cover, and cook 3-4 minutes.
04 - Stir in both soy sauces, oyster sauce, and sugar. Cook 1-2 minutes more.
05 - Season with salt if needed. Return eggs to skillet and mix together.
