baked apple pie rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4-6 apples, peeled and sliced
02 - 1/3 cup brown sugar
03 - 1 tsp cinnamon
04 - Portion of rice paper sheets
05 - 2 tbsp cooking oil

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 230°C (450°F).
02 - Peel and slice the apples, then mix them with brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
03 - Fill a large mixing bowl 1/4 full with water. Place one rice paper sheet into the water at a time. Soak until softened but still slightly firm.
04 - Place a softened rice paper sheet on the counter. Add 1-2 tablespoons of the apple mixture to the center. Fold the bottom up, then the sides inward, and the top down to seal.
05 - Continue assembling rolls until all the apple mixture has been used.
06 - Arrange rolls on a parchment paper-lined or well-oiled pan. Brush both sides of the rolls with cooking oil.
07 - Bake the rolls in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, turning them several times throughout for even cooking.

# Notes:

01 - Avoid soaking the rice paper for too long to prevent tearing and ensure it remains slightly stiff.
02 - You can use a damp paper towel to soften the rice paper instead of water. Be cautious of holes in the wrapper, as sugar may leak and burn on the pan.
