Air Fryer Zucchini Pizza Boats (Print Version)

Zucchini boats topped with sauce, cheese, and toppings turn crispy and flavorful in your air fryer.

# Ingredients:

→ Vegetables

01 - 2 medium zucchini

→ Sauces

02 - 60 ml pizza sauce

→ Cheese

03 - 28 g mozzarella cheese, shredded

→ Pizza Toppings

04 - Pepperoni, Italian sausage, or other preferred toppings, as desired

# Instructions:

01 - Rinse zucchini thoroughly under cold running water and pat dry with a towel. Slice each zucchini lengthwise to yield two even halves.
02 - Using a teaspoon or melon baller, carefully scoop out a shallow well along the center of each zucchini half, leaving enough border to maintain structure.
03 - Spread an even layer of pizza sauce into each zucchini boat. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, distributing it uniformly.
04 - Arrange desired pizza toppings such as pepperoni, Italian sausage, or other favourites over the cheese.
05 - Place stuffed zucchini boats in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not overlap or stack. Air fry at 175°C for 10–14 minutes or until zucchini is fork-tender and cheese is melted.
06 - Transfer cooked zucchini pizza boats to serving plates and enjoy immediately. These pair well with marinara or ranch for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - For larger zucchini, slice into quarters to fit more easily into the air fryer basket.
