# Ingredients:

→ Main ingredients

01 - 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
02 - 450 grams ground beef
03 - 1 packet taco seasoning
04 - 24 small cubes cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up as it cooks. Incorporate taco seasoning and cook until the meat is completely browned and cooked through. Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly.
02 - Open the biscuit can and separate individual portions. Gently roll or press each biscuit into a small round disc.
03 - Place approximately one tablespoon of cooked beef mixture onto the centre of each flattened biscuit. Add a cheddar cheese cube on top. Carefully bring the edges of the dough up and over the filling, pinching well to seal completely.
04 - Lightly coat the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
05 - Arrange sealed dough balls in the basket in a single layer without touching. Air fry at 175°C for 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
06 - Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately while hot with desired dipping sauces such as salsa or sour cream.

# Notes:

01 - Use small cubes of cheddar instead of shredded cheese to prevent cheese from leaking during air frying.
02 - If dough edges do not seal, brush lightly with water or beaten egg for better adhesion.
03 - Brushing with melted butter before air frying results in an extra golden and crisp texture.
04 - These make excellent finger food for taco night or casual gatherings.
