03 - 1 red bell pepper, chopped.
04 - ½ head broccoli, cut into florets.
05 - 1 lb. ground beef.
06 - 6 oz ramen noodles (2 packets, seasoning packets discarded).
07 - Salt and pepper, to taste.
08 - ¼ cup soy sauce.
09 - 1 tbsp. brown sugar.
10 - 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar.
11 - 2 tsp. sriracha.
12 - 1 clove garlic, minced.
13 - 1 scallion, chopped.

Instructions:

01 - In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the vegetable oil. Add the chopped onion, red bell pepper, and broccoli florets. Cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Remove the vegetables from the pan and set aside.
02 - In the same skillet, add the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Drain any excess fat and return the cooked vegetables to the skillet.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, sriracha, and minced garlic.
04 - In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook until tender, about 2 minutes. Drain the noodles.
05 - Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet with the beef and vegetables. Pour the sauce over the top and toss until everything is completely combined. Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if necessary. Garnish with chopped scallion and serve immediately.
