Ultimate Garlic Chicken (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups chicken breast, cubed.
02 - 1 cup broccoli florets.
03 - 1 cup spinach leaves.
04 - 1/4 cup olive oil.
05 - 1/2 cup chicken broth.
06 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
07 - 1 tbsp garlic, minced.
08 - 1/4 tsp salt.
09 - 1/4 tsp black pepper.

Instructions:

01 - In a large pan over medium heat, heat the olive oil.
02 - Add the cubed chicken breast to the pan and cook until browned on all sides.
03 - Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, allowing the garlic to become fragrant.
04 - Add the broccoli florets and chicken broth to the pan. Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes, until the broccoli is tender.
05 - Stir in the spinach leaves and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
06 - Sprinkle the dish with grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine and serve hot.
