Cheesy Meatloaf Tater Tot (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds ground beef.
02 - 1 cup breadcrumbs.
03 - 1 onion, finely chopped.
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
05 - 2 eggs.
06 - 1/2 cup ketchup.
07 - 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce.
08 - 1 teaspoon salt.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
10 - 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots.
11 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - In a large bowl, mix together 2 pounds ground beef, 1 cup breadcrumbs, 1 finely chopped onion, 2 minced garlic cloves, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup ketchup, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper until well combined.
03 - Press the meatloaf mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
04 - Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the meatloaf mixture.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
06 - Sprinkle 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese over the tater tots.
07 - Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
08 - Let the casserole rest for 10 minutes before serving.
