Sunshine Salad (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - Bananas, sliced.
02 - Vanilla pudding mix.
03 - Mandarin oranges (with syrup).
04 - Fresh pineapple chunks.

Instructions:

01 - Keep the syrup from the Mandarin oranges and add it to the fruit salad for extra flavor.
02 - Chop the pineapple into bite-sized chunks and slice the bananas.
03 - In a large bowl, combine the chopped pineapple, sliced bananas, and Mandarin oranges (with syrup).
04 - Sprinkle the dry vanilla pudding mix on top of the fruit, without adding any milk.
05 - Stir the mixture thoroughly, making sure all the fruit is evenly coated with the pudding mix.
06 - Cover the bowl and let the salad chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
07 - Serve in one-cup portions and enjoy this refreshing, fruity salad.

Notes:

01 - The syrup from the Mandarin oranges adds sweetness and moisture, so no additional liquid is needed when mixing in the pudding powder.
