Stuffed Meat And Chicken Roll (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 2 eggs.
02 - 300 grams (10.5 oz) ground beef.
03 - 300 grams (10.5 oz) ground chicken.
04 - 1 teaspoon salt.
05 - 1 tablespoon dried dill.
06 - Pepper mix, to taste.
07 - 1 teaspoon dried garlic.
08 - 1 tablespoon meat seasoning.
09 - 2 medium potatoes (about 400 grams / 14 oz), peeled and grated.
10 - 300 grams (10.5 oz) cottage cheese.
11 - 3-4 cloves garlic, minced.
12 - 20 grams (about 2 tablespoons) dried dill.
13 - 2 teaspoons (about 10 grams) flour.
14 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
15 - Black pepper, to taste.
16 - 250 grams (9 oz) thinly sliced turkey or chicken breast (alternative to bacon).

Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef and ground chicken. Add the salt, pepper mix, dried dill, dried garlic, and meat seasoning. Crack the eggs into the mixture and blend well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
02 - In a separate bowl, combine the grated potatoes, cottage cheese, minced garlic, and dried dill. Add the flour and mix thoroughly until the filling is well blended. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
03 - Lay out the thin slices of turkey or chicken breast on plastic wrap or parchment paper, slightly overlapping to form a continuous sheet. Spread the meat mixture evenly over the turkey or chicken layer. Place the potato and cottage cheese filling along the center, shaping it into a log.
04 - Use the plastic wrap or parchment paper to roll the meat around the filling, forming a tight cylinder. Wrap it tightly and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
05 - Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Unwrap the roll and place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown. For extra crispiness, brush the roll with olive oil if using turkey or chicken slices.
06 - Let the roll rest for a few minutes before slicing into rounds and serving hot. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes:

01 - Wrapping Alternatives: If turkey or chicken slices are unavailable, thinly sliced zucchini or eggplant can be used for a lighter, vegetable-based option.
02 - To enhance flavor, a dash of soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce can be added to the meat mixture.
03 - The roll can be prepared in advance and baked when ready to serve.
