Ingredients:

05 - 1/4 cup (85 g) strawberry jam.

Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, add softened cream cheese, confectioner's sugar, and vanilla extract. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, mix until fully combined and smooth. Set aside.
02 - In a separate bowl, add heavy cream. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer with a whisk attachment, whip for about 2-3 minutes to medium peaks.
03 - Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
04 - Spread the cheesecake dip into a wide, shallow bowl and top with strawberry jam. Use a knife to swirl the jam into the dip for a marbled effect.
05 - Serve immediately with graham crackers or refrigerate until ready to serve.
